[[My god this one got away from me. Pallet 2 immediately struck me as angry colours and I haven’t given the new designs a shot, so this behemoth was born. New designs actually look better in my style than the usual way I draw the guys, jesus.Enjoy Furious Raphael. Something tells me someone’s going to wind up in the hospital tonight.]]

Giveaway drawing #1, for nolongerhim, who requested his OC. I took a few creative liberties with the idea (Which had noooothing to do with the fact that I accidentally deleted your character description <____< *professional at work*), mostly because I somehow managed to get down a pose that I really really really liked, and that never happens on the first try. So I built around it. I started off going down some weird asian/hip hop fusion route, and somehow water colours snuck in there.ANYWAYS, I hope you like it. I had fun drawing it ;D Because tumblr compression sucks, here’s the picture at full size.
Two more give away drawings to go, though I will probably do them next week, as I should probably sit down and do actual work.
On a shameless self-promotion note, I do take commissions, for anyone who’d like something similar for their own original character (HINT HINT NUDGE NUDGE). Something like what you see above would only come out to 15$, though my cheapest option would be sketches, which vary between 5 to 8 dollars, depending on how much of your character is visible. JUST TO PUT THAT OUT THERE *leaves commission details here*

Two days, three paintings. Some concept paintings for a festival my friend is entering based off some music she composed.

My hand slipped.I’m fairly satisfied with my paint job on the epic duo, but not so satisfied with the background. But it’s like, one in the morning and I need to be up early, so screw it. I’ll fix it some other time.

B-Team in action,

Speed painting, one hour. I have to say, I am one of those people who are legit enjoying the new designs. I love the fact that at a glance, they actually look creepy, wrong, and even a bit terrifying. I love the fact that despite all this, Mikey’s smile at the end of the trailer makes his freakish little mutant face legit adorable. I love the fact that each turtle is geared up with bits and pieces that not only illustrates their unique perspectives and personalities, but that also looks like it serves a practical purpose without impeding the kind of mobility they would need to react and adapt to a fight. I don’t know what to think of the movie as a whole just yet, and I don’t want to get ahead of myself due to the track record of both the director and the producer. But from a design standpoint?Damn son, you had me at leak one.

Hey guys, quick question. I’ve been getting a weird unauthorized notification every time I’ve tried to reblog art from my personal blog on my other accounts. I was wondering if it was just me, or if there have been issues with reblogging some of my more recent posts?

I wanted to venture outside my comfort zone and try some poses with a little more perspective/foreshortening to them. I guess there’s a reason it’s called a comfort zone because it took hooours to get this to look right, including (but not limited too) searching feverishly on google for all manner of fight poses and nearly giving myself a charlie horse as I attempted to replicate an air kick from the floor.
THIS IS ALSO A NOT SO SUBTLE SUBTLE ADVERTISEMENT TO SAY, I am taking commissions. I will draw mostly anything so long as it’s not too graphic/can get me arrested. Rough estimate of my prices:Full body sketch - 8$
Clean line art - 12$
Cell Shaded - 15$
The above is for single characters with a simple background. Any additional details that essentially require more work for me will cost extra depending on the complexity. Contact me here with what you’d like and I’ll give you an estimate.

I did not make this cake. An extremely talented relative of mine made this cake for my cousin’s birthday. I’m so jelly. It was delicious xD
